I wished it was so, but it is only a theory. Nobody knows for sure…
@bgsoldier88 Only people who already have a pre-existing kidney condition need to be concerned with keeping their protein in check.
hahaha i eat alll of these except the beef…
would 1/2 a cup of oatmeal be better than a piece of toast?
its ronald the nagur lover!
i eat tuna ….and not salmon……….and i eat all the 8 foods
I eat 4, but I read that some people actually eat 6. I usually eat them with a bowl of oatmeal. Oatmeal is a good source of carbs before a workout.
Yes. You should not consume more than 2g of protein per kilogram of bodyweight, otherwise you will damage your kidneys.
yeah its just that yolk has fat in it- where as egg whites have no fat at all. doesnt seem like you need the yolk in this drink, as u have 2 tbs of peanut butter which is a fat..
how many egg whites should u have in your breakfast? is there such thing as too much protein? lol
Yes, only eat the white part, NOT YELLOW.
you forgot to mention quinoa and microalgae like chlorella and spirulina
yeah but he said the white….

You’re welcome.
allright jreily88 thanks
@ReadThisifuareGAY
Doesn’t matter. Just make sure you don’t scoop out the yolk.
Should I just crack the egg open and drink / eat what’s in it? Or can I still get the good nutrients out of it by just cooking it sunny side up?
is this a joke? lol
the yellow part of the egg is high in cholesterol, which will get you fat.

vegetarian?
It is best to eat the entire egg, yolk and all. 100% of all the nutrients, b12 and omega 3 EFAs are in the yolks. The only thing in the whites is protein, but there is protein in the yolk as well. As for saturated fats and cholesterol, don’t worry about it. Dietary cholesterol is irrelevant to your blood cholesterol, and your brain is 2/3 saturated fat, and you would be dead without it in your diet. There is no evidence that either of the two cause heart disease.
Burn more calories than you consume. Moderate cardio, and focus on muscle building. The fat will come off, and your abs will tighten up.
there is a recession…
then get a protein shake or bar. there delicious especially when the shake is blended with a healthy yogurt and some fruit.
