People often think that to build muscle they have to workout in the gym for hours and hours on end when really all the time they should be spending lifting weights should really only be 45 mins to an hour. If you weight train for hours on end, you are then burning the candle at both ends. You can do a full body weight training workout by using the formula of 1×10 reps using light weights to warm your muscles up then max out straight away with no rest to heavier weights and do 1×10 reps with as much weight as you can handle but still using good form!
