You can do a full body weight training workout by using the formula of 1×10 reps using light weights to warm your muscles up then max out straight away with no rest to heavier weights and do 1×10 reps with as much weight as you can handle but still using good form! How to build muscle fast. (Episode Two). This episode forms part 2 of a series of videos to help you build muscle in about 6 weeks. Everyone’s bodies are different and some it may take a little longer but the general rule is if you stick to this, put 100% effort into each exercise, each lift and max out on the weights in the 2nd set of each exercise and perform the supersets right at the end of each session, you will get big fast! (just remember to eat right too!!). The third episode in this series will be posted this coming Friday (29th January 2010) and will again consist of different muscle exercises and a different superset, giving your whole body a tough workout every week…. the idea is to follow this video every Wednesday for 6 weeks, and follow Monday and Friday’s video every week for 6 weeks… You will soon be a lot stronger, a lot bigger and looking great and most importantly feeling more confident and happy!
