i like the use of that bar on step ups… my shoulder flexibility is terrible and it is really limiting on this exercise to use a regular bar

from you original post on diesel . com i wrote down your workouts and have done both of them in different occasions…the thing that i like about this workout is that it incorporates muscle training with cardio and it doesn’t take much time. i’ve been implementing these type of workouts with my regular strength training…
any more workouts that i could do?
